Placing an Order

To place an order, select the product you wish to purchase, choose the applicable quantity, select a payment method, and complete checkout.

A binding agreement between you and HYDRA Natuva Filters is formed once checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order at support@hydrax1waterfilter.com, provided that the order has not already been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where appropriate, including where there is a pricing error, insufficient stock, suspected misuse, fraud, or another legitimate reason.

Prices

Prices may be displayed in USD or EUR depending on your location. Applicable taxes are included where required by law. Shipping charges are shown during checkout unless a free-shipping promotion applies to the order.

We may change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments

We accept PayPal and supported credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, through Shopify Payments. Depending on availability, we may also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

An invoice will be provided with your delivery.

By submitting an order, you authorise us and the applicable payment processor to charge your chosen payment method and securely process the transaction.

Payments are handled through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment systems. We do not store your complete card details on our own servers.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend are normally dispatched on the following Monday.

Because orders are shipped from Slovenia, delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once the delivery carrier records the parcel as delivered, responsibility for the shipment passes to you. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Returns and Complaints

If you experience a problem with your order or product, contact us at support@hydrax1waterfilter.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

You may request a return within 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

To begin the process, contact us at support@hydrax1waterfilter.com or write to the address shown above.

Products being physically returned must:

• Be unused and remain in their original condition
• Include the original packaging, seals, and labels intact

Because of the nature of water filtration products, opened or used items cannot be physically returned unless the product arrived defective.

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law or stated in our refund conditions.

If you selected a delivery method that cost more than our standard delivery option, we will not reimburse the additional delivery amount beyond the cost of standard shipping.

Returned goods must reach us within 60 days of the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

Warranty

Our water filter straws include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects that arise during normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or incorrect handling
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Negligence

To make a warranty claim, contact support@hydrax1waterfilter.com. We aim to respond promptly and resolve warranty claims within 30 days of receiving notice.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, notify us in writing as soon as possible at support@hydrax1waterfilter.com.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

Product Conformity

We are responsible for supplying products that correspond with the description, quantity, quality, and specifications presented at the time of sale.

If a product does not conform to what was agreed:

• You should notify us within two months of discovering the issue
• We will repair or replace the product within 30 days
• If we do not do so, you may be entitled to request a price reduction or full refund

We are not liable for conformity claims raised more than two years after purchase.

If a defect becomes apparent within one year after delivery, it will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can demonstrate otherwise.

Where a conformity issue is not disputed, we will act on your request within 8 days and provide a written response within the same period.

Slovenian substantive and procedural law applies to disputes between you and HYDRA Natuva Filters.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia together with applicable European Union law.
